About Alinaghi
Alinaghi is a corporate and commercial lawyer. He advises small and medium-sized businesses, and their owners and investors in a wide variety of general business matters including technology transactions (such as licensing, development and outsourcing agreements), capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other related general counsel services.
Alinaghi began his legal career at Heller Ehrman’s corporate department before moving to private practice as a solo practitioner. He uses his almost three decades of experience to provide his clients with practical and timely advice, always keeping in mind that businesses do not operate in a vacuum.
Alinaghi lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two boys and enjoys seeing live music with friends. He is fluent in written and spoken Farsi.
